I take a relational approach to working with teams and organizations. I will learn your context and enviroment, by asking about the good work your team is doing and how they got there. This forms the foundation to build on the changes you may be seeking.

Together we discuss gaps and challenges your team may be facing. I will ask about the ethics and values of what currently informs your work and organization.

I can review organizational practices and policies for better engagement with social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion. I can then facilitate discussions on next steps to be taken by your team.

We wrap up the work with a post evaluation and debriefing meeting.
