I take a relational approach to working with teams and organizations. And so I want to know the context and enviroment, I will ask about the good work your team is doing, how they got there, to use this foundation to build on the changes you may be seeking.

Together we discuss gaps and challenges your team may be facing. I will ask about the ethics and values of what currently informs your work and organization.

I can review organizational practices and policies for better engagement with social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion. I can then facilitate discussions on next steps to be taken by your team.

We wrap up the work with a post evaluation and debriefing meeting.
